The Opportunity
We're hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist (Meta) to own full-cycle paid social execution for a performance marketing agency managing campaigns across a portfolio of fast-growing D2C brands — launching and A/B testing new Meta campaigns from scratch, independently optimizing ad spend based on ROAS, CTR, and CPM signals, building detailed performance reports in Excel and Google Sheets, and proactively surfacing insights and recommendations to clients as the day-to-day paid social point of contact.
What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like
- Campaign Launches: Launch new Meta ad campaigns from scratch, including A/B testing of ads and ad sets to determine what drives business results.
- Campaign Optimization: Independently optimize Meta campaigns based on data trends from ROAS, CTR, CPM, and other key performance metrics.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor, export, and track Meta ad performance; proactively identify common challenges and report on what is and isn't working to clients in real time.
- Reporting: Build Excel and Google Sheets reports using advanced formulas, functions, graphs, charts, and pivot tables for daily, weekly, and monthly client reporting.
- Creative & Channel Testing: Drive testing of new ad copy and assets based on new products or services, and assist with the development of new ad channels as needed.
- Asset Collection: Gather ad content, assets, and copy from cross-functional marketing teams to support campaign execution.
- Client Communication: Use instant messaging, video calls, email, and project management software to communicate proactively and consistently with clients.
What You Bring
- Meta Ads Expertise: 3+ years of hands-on experience setting up, optimizing, and making data-driven recommendations on Meta ad campaigns.
- Paid Media Analytics: Deep understanding of ROAS, CTR, CPM, and other key paid media KPIs, with the ability to monitor and optimize ad spend budgets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Reporting Skills: Proven experience building performance reports in Excel or Google Sheets — including advanced formulas, pivot tables, charts, and visualizations — to surface paid media trends in real time and over time.
- Proactive Communication: Fluent English (written and verbal) with a track record of proactive daily communication via Slack, email, and video calls; proven success partnering with US-based clients.
- Schedule & Autonomy: Ability to work EST hours and independently drive campaign decisions, optimizations, and client reporting without being prompted.
