Inquivix is a Seoul-based digital marketing agency that helps international companies enter the Korean market through Naver SEO, Kakao advertising, paid media, social media, influencer campaigns, and web development.


We are a fully remote, AI-forward agency. AI is not a tool we use sometimes. It is the operating system of our entire company. Every deliverable, every report, every client communication, every process runs through AI.


The Role

Read this carefully because it will either excite you or disqualify you. There is no middle ground.

We are not looking for a marketer who has spent 10 years learning marketing the traditional way.

We are looking for someone smart enough to use AI to perform like they have 10 years of experience — starting this month.


That means: you receive a brief for a Naver SEO blog post about a topic you've never written about, in an industry you've never worked in, for a platform you've never used — and within 2 hours you've researched the topic, understood the platform's ranking mechanics, drafted a publish-ready piece using AI tools, self-reviewed it for quality, and submitted it with an honest assessment of where it's strong and where it's weak.


Then tomorrow you do the same thing for a Google Ads report. The day after, a Kakao campaign brief. The day after, an influencer outreach template for the Korean market.


You don't already know how to do all of these things. Nobody does on day one. But you know how to use AI to learn anything fast, produce professional output immediately, and improve with every iteration.


What you will actually do every day:

  • Produce client marketing deliverables using AI tools as your core production method: blog posts, SEO content, ad copy, campaign materials, social media content, performance reports, client update decks, email drafts
  • Learn new domains in real time. Today it's Naver SEO. Tomorrow it's Kakao advertising. Next week it's hospitality marketing in Korea. You use Claude, Gemini, and ChatGPT to become a temporary expert in whatever the brief requires — then you deliver professional output.
  • Review every piece of AI output critically. AI hallucinates. AI gets facts wrong. AI produces generic content if you let it. You don't let it. You verify, edit, refine, and only submit work you'd put your name on.
  • Prepare campaign performance reports — pull data, process through AI reporting tools, verify the numbers make sense, ensure recommendations are supported by actual data
  • Draft client communications for PM review — structured, professional, proactive
  • Document your AI workflows. When you build a prompt or process that produces great output, you write it down so the team benefits.


We do require:

  • A brain that learns fast and doesn't stop
  • Professional English — written and spoken
  • Genuine, demonstrable AI proficiency in full professional workflows
  • Self-direction — you execute from documentation, you don't wait for walkthroughs
  • Honesty — when your output is weak, you say so. When you don't know something, you say so. When AI produces something you can't verify, you flag it instead of submitting it.

This Role Is NOT a Good Fit If You:

  • Need someone to teach you marketing step by step before you can produce anything
  • Use AI for basic tasks only ("write me an email") and have never built a real workflow
  • Submit AI output without editing, verifying, or improving it
  • Describe yourself as a "fast learner" but cannot give a specific example of learning a new domain using AI tools in under a week
  • Need daily check-ins to stay productive
  • Think AI proficiency means listing tools on your resume

Salary based on location and experience. We hire across multiple countries for remote roles.
