Job Description


For our client, we are seeking a Security Governance & Compliance Manager (remote) to join the team of a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space. This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Telecommunications & Hardware environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $158,800 – $206,400 annually

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute audit programs from scoping to certification delivery
  • Translate compliance requirements into actionable guidance for teams
  • Conduct gap analysis for audit readiness of products and features
  • Support ongoing monitoring to uphold compliance posture
  • Develop and utilize automation tools for compliance operations
  • Track regulatory changes and evaluate their impacts

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 7+ years in technical compliance, security, or risk roles
  • Experience managing full lifecycle of technical audit certification programs
  • Proficiency in building automation for compliance processes using AI
  • Experience with security implementations in cloud environments
  • Expertise in compliance frameworks like FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, CMMC
