The Role

We are expanding our team and looking for a skilled Product Manager to play a crucial role in guiding our product development and strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of products, ensuring they align with Mintlayer’s vision and customer expectations.
• Collaborate closely with both the management and development teams to align product vision and deliverables.
• Develop strategies to enhance product performance and market penetration in the blockchain space.
• Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends and competitor movements in the blockchain and finance sectors.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, effectively communicating product features and updates.
• Gather and prioritize customer and stakeholder feedback, translating it into product improvements.

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in a technology-focused company, ideally within the blockchain or finance sector.
• Strong understanding of Web 2.0 development strategies and frameworks.
