Maintain accurate candidate notes, statuses, and hiring feedback
Ensure efficient candidate flow throughout the hiring process
Use LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing tools to support candidate outreach
Coordinate closely with founders and hiring managers on recruiting priorities
Maintain professionalism and responsiveness throughout the candidate experience
Support recruiting operations improvements and workflow optimization
Help maintain efficient, scalable recruiting processes as hiring volume grows
Technical Skills Required

About the Role: We are seeking a full-time Recruiter to support high-volume top-of-funnel recruiting operations across technical and non-technical roles. This position will play a key role in conducting recruiter phone screens, reviewing resumes, managing candidate pipelines inside the ATS, and helping leadership teams identify top talent quickly and efficiently. The ideal candidate is highly organized, process-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup environment with high hiring standards.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Screening & Evaluation

  • Conduct high-volume recruiter phone screens across cybersecurity, engineering, sales, and leadership roles
  • Run structured screening calls using predefined interview frameworks and scorecards
  • Evaluate candidates for communication skills, availability, relocation interest, and alignment with hiring requirements

Recruiting Operations & ATS Management

  • Review resumes and candidate profiles within the ATS
  • Maintain accurate candidate notes, statuses, and hiring feedback
  • Ensure efficient candidate flow throughout the hiring process

Sourcing & Coordination

  • Use LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing tools to support candidate outreach
  • Coordinate closely with founders and hiring managers on recruiting priorities
  • Maintain professionalism and responsiveness throughout the candidate experience

Process Improvement

  • Support recruiting operations improvements and workflow optimization
  • Help maintain efficient, scalable recruiting processes as hiring volume grows

Qualifications & Skills

Hard Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, talent acquisition, or high-volume recruiting
  • Experience conducting recruiter phone screens and candidate interviews
  • Experience using ATS platforms (Ashby experience is a plus)
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills with near-native fluency
