Product Owner – Music and Superyacht industry | Build Payments & Payroll from Scratch Remote | 70k – 75k

We’re working with a fintech business operating in a high-value, global industry that most people don’t see but one that runs on precision when it comes to payments, payroll, and financial operations across music and superyachts. They’re investing heavily in product right now, and this is a key hire as they start building something new.

This role is focused on a brand-new project. You won’t be stepping into something already built or overly defined , you’ll be part of shaping it properly from the beginning. You’ll work across both Product and Data, giving you a clear view of how decisions are made and how they turn into something real for users.

It’s a hands-on Product Owner role. You’ll be working closely with engineering, keeping priorities tight, and making sure delivery stays on track without overcomplicating things. It’s about keeping things clear, moving at pace, and focusing on what actually matters.

They’re looking for someone who knows what good looks like. You’ve worked as a Product Owner before, ideally within fintech, payments, or payroll, and you’re comfortable operating without everything being fully defined. You’re practical, straightforward, and able to turn ideas into something tangible.
