Build and nurture vibrant, self-sustaining user communities across Discord, Reddit, LinkedIn, and niche platforms
Design and execute community campaigns (AMAs, challenges, onboarding flows) to boost retention, UGC, and product stickiness
Moderate conversations, resolve conflicts, and enforce guidelines while keeping the vibe positive, inclusive, and on-brand
Partner with Product & Marketing to surface user feedback, identify pain points, and influence roadmap decisions
Track KPIs (DAU/MAU, engagement rate, CSAT, NPS) and report insights to leadership with actionable recommendations
Create scalable onboarding playbooks, FAQ templates, and moderation SOPs to empower new community members and reduce support load

- Moderate conversations, resolve conflicts, and enforce guidelines—while keeping the vibe positive, inclusive, and on-brand.
- Partner with Product & Marketing to surface user feedback, identify pain points, and influence roadmap decisions based on community sentiment.
