Program Test Manager

Assurity is growing and we are looking for a Program Test Manager who thrives leading quality across large, complex transformation programs.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex integration challenges, leading multiple workstreams, and helping clients deliver critical digital transformation initiatives.

About the role

As a Program Test Manager, you'll be responsible for leading end-to-end testing across large programs, ensuring quality is embedded throughout delivery. You'll work closely with client executives, delivery partners, architects, business stakeholders, and delivery teams to develop pragmatic testing approaches that support successful program outcomes.

You'll be responsible for:

• Developing and executing program-wide Test Strategies and Test Plans.
• Leading multiple Test Managers and delivery teams across complex program.
• Managing test governance, reporting and quality metrics.
• Overseeing System Integration Testing, End-to-End Testing, User Acceptance Testing and operational readiness.
• Managing vendors and third-party delivery partners.
• Coaching and mentoring consultants while contributing to capability development.
• Building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.

We're looking for someone who brings:

• Extensive experience leading testing across large enterprise transformation programs.
• Proven experience managing complex integration and multi-vendor environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging executives and program leadership.
• Experience developing program-level test strategies, governance frameworks and reporting.
• A collaborative leadership style with a passion for mentoring and growing others.
• Experience managing program risks, dependencies and quality outcomes.
• A consulting mindset, with the ability to adapt to different clients and industries.

It would be an advantage if you've worked with

• Large customer-facing platforms with significant integration complexity.
• Enterprise ERP, CRM or business application transformations.
• High-volume transaction or payment-based systems.
• Public transport, mobility, utilities or other critical infrastructure program.
• Modern delivery approaches incorporating automation and AI-enabled quality engineering.
