Senior Product Owner - AI Focused B2B SaaS

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for a hands-on, analytical Product Owner to join our team of 8.

You will help us identify high-impact product opportunities, understand user problems, shape practical solutions, and turn them into clear specifications ready for development.

This is a detail-oriented product role. You will not only decide what should be built; you will also define how it should work, create simple wireframes, write precise tickets, and work closely with engineers until features are shipped.

AI will be an important part of the role. We are looking for someone who is curious about how AI can improve the product, how it changes user expectations, and how it can be used to work faster and better as a Product Owner.

What you’ll do

• Identify product improvement opportunities through analytics, support tickets, user sessions, customer feedback, market insights, and AI-driven product opportunities.
• Define clear hypotheses and practical product solutions.
• Explore how AI can improve the Heepsy product experience, from discovery and recommendations to workflows, automation, personalization, and user productivity.

• Create simple wireframes or product flows using Figma or similar tools.
• Write clear, unambiguous tickets that are ready for development.
• Work closely with engineers on a daily basis to clarify requirements, make product decisions, and ensure features are shipped with quality.
• Use AI tools heavily in your own work to research faster, analyze information, generate ideas, improve specifications, create wireframes, summarize feedback, and increase your personal productivity.
• Measure the impact of product changes and keep improving based on what you learn.
