Senior PPC Specialist

100% Remote | Full-Time Contractor | Hourly | Reports to: Manager of Technical Operations

About PMNow

PMNow is a growth-focused home services company. We generate leads for home service businesses and help them convert those leads into booked jobs. Paid search is one of our highest-leverage channels - and we're looking for someone to own it completely.

The Role

We need a Senior PPC Specialist who has done this specifically for home services or local service businesses - someone who knows that Google Local Services Ads behave differently from Search campaigns, and that the goal is booked jobs, not clicks. You'll own our Google Ads, Local Services Ads, and Microsoft Ads accounts from strategy through execution. This is a hands-on role. You'll build and manage the campaigns yourself, not oversee someone else doing it. At the same time, you'll report directly to leadership and have significant influence over how the function grows.

What You'll Do

  • Own and manage Google Search, Performance Max, and Local Campaigns for home services clients
  • Set up, optimize, and manage Local Services Ads (LSAs) - including GBP verification, review strategies, and bid management
  • Run and maintain Microsoft/Bing Ads campaigns, synced and adapted from Google
  • Build conversion tracking infrastructure - Google Tag Manager, call tracking, form submissions, offline conversion imports
  • Write and test ad copy; conduct structured A/B tests; work with the design team to increase landing page conversion rates, and document learnings
  • Build and maintain campaign SOPs so the function scales without you as the bottleneck
  • Report on performance in terms of cost per lead and cost per booked job - not just CPC or CTR
  • Identify opportunities across new markets, service lines, or platforms

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years running paid search campaigns, with at least 2 years in home services, local services, or home improvement
  • Hands-on LSA experience - you've set up and optimized Local Services Ads accounts, not just observed them
  • Google Ads certified; comfort with all major campaign types (Search, PMax, Local, Display)
  • Solid conversion tracking setup skills - GTM, Google Ads conversion tracking, call tracking integrations (CallRail, WhatConverts, ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro or similar)
  • Revenue-first reporting mindset - you track cost per lead and cost per booked job, not just ad metrics
  • Fluent English - all reporting, communication, and strategy work is in English
  • Microsoft Ads experience (or willingness to mirror and adapt Google campaigns quickly)

Nice to Have

  • Experience managing multi-location or franchise paid accounts
  • Familiarity with home services CRMs - ServiceTitan, Jobber, HouseCall Pro
  • Google Business Profile optimization experience alongside paid campaigns
  • Basic knowledge of local SEO as it relates to LSA performance
  • Experience building or training a small PPC team
