Your Role

As our Head of Marketing, you'll be the strategic and operational backbone of our marketing - owning a budget of over €700,000 per month. If you're driven to be part of the most exciting growth story in Austria and finally want the budget to conquer markets, you've come to the right place.

  • End-to-end ownership of the entire marketing function, with a clear focus on lead generation for Sales (currently €700,000+/month)
  • Strategic and operational responsibility for the full marketing budget (>€700,000/month)
  • Define marketing strategy, priorities, and KPIs across all channels
  • Build, lead, and manage the marketing team
  • Strategic ownership of media buying & scaling — operational execution in close collaboration with our Performance Marketing team (current ad spend: >€400,000/month)
  • Build a clear creative & content strategy including testing frameworks for ads, website, and funnels
  • Ultimate responsibility for website copy, customer journey, messaging, and conversion optimization
  • Optimize newsletter and email flows
  • Develop influencer partnerships and social & content initiatives
  • Define strategy, priorities, and KPI frameworks for SEO, social, and personal branding
  • Plan and execute GTM strategies
  • Primary KPI: qualified leads for our sales team
