• Infrastructure Build: Construction, cabling, power & cooling / HVAC
• Next-Gen Hardware: GPUs, tensor cores, high-performance computing (HPC)
• Cloud & Networks: AWS, GCP, Azure, Cisco, Dell
• AI & Data Applications: Databricks, Snowflake, Large Language Models (LLMs)

Your Role

As an Associate Consultant, you will undergo an intensive, hands-on training programme to master the art of recruitment and international account management.

You will learn to:

• Source and engage top-tier international tech and infrastructure talent.
• Manage the end-to-end delivery of candidates into large, multi-year global infrastructure programmes.
• Build long-term, consultative relationships with global clients.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to research and map out new international tech markets.

What We’re Looking For

We don’t expect you to have recruitment experience or a tech background—we will teach you the industry. We are looking for raw talent, ambition, and the right attitude.

Essential Criteria:

• Education: University degree (any discipline)
• Drive & Ambition: A strong desire to build a career in a commercial, target-driven environment.
• Curiosity: A genuine interest in technology, innovation, and how the modern digital world is built.
• Resilience: The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment where effort directly correlates to reward.

Highly Desirable (but not essential):

• Any exposure to sales, customer service, or relationship management.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills.
• An international mindset (languages are a plus, but not required).
