We are looking for a skilled ART Director with relocation to Cyprus.

✅ Requirements:

✔️Minimum three years of industry experience working with creative teams within a studio, preferably in real-time production.

✔️Understanding of industry-standard practices, tools, pipelines, workflows, technical budgeting, and challenges of real-time development

✔️Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to work with different art styles

✔️Ability to lead, inspire, grow, and motivate a diverse team of artists.

✔️Attention to visual details.

✔️Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team.

✅ Responsibilities:

✔️Leading the projects from the art side and leading the assigned artists.

✔️Helping create all necessary materials for the project from the concept phase until the final product.

✔️Managing multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and adjusting schedules as needed.

✔️Reviewing graphic materials to assess their validity and appropriateness.

✔️Quality control, identifying work process improvements.

✔️Be a role model for the team and create a healthy and positive vibe.
