We are looking for an Infrastructure & Platforms Engineer for a long-term project. Our customer is a US-based company that drives intelligent growth for businesses by combining consumer research with brand marketing, product design, and digital engineering to build profitable customer relationships.
We offer 100% remote, full-time work with a flexible schedule with core overlap during US working hours (PST).
About the Role:
The Infrastructure & Platforms Engineer is a hands-on builder responsible for cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, observability instrumentation, and platform hardening across all three enterprise technology lanes: Core Infrastructure, Insights Modernization, and AI & Innovation Enablement. This role operates within the EA Cross-Pod Execution Team on two-week sprint cadences, executing infrastructure work that directly enables the EA strategic plan.

-Provision and maintain Azure resources (Static Web Apps, Blob Storage, Entra ID, Azure AD) with IaC;
-Manage shared Static Web App reports hub: App Registration, routing, multi-tenant deployment;
-Support M+ Studio pilot: Managed Agents environment, MCP connector networking, credential vault;
-Build CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions: quality gates, security scanning, automated deployments;
-Instrument observability dashboards: pipeline health, delivery velocity, DORA metrics;
-Execute Book of Work infrastructure: Jira API integration, cycle time tracking;
-Collaborate with InfoSec on data residency, security reviews, and compliance gates;
-Support vendor/license rationalization: FreshService catalog mapping, capability audit.
Requirements:
-5+ years in cloud infrastructure engineering, with strong Azure proficiency across App Services, Static Web Apps, Entra ID/Azure AD, Key Vault, and Blob Storage;
-Proficiency with Infrastructure-as-Code: Terraform preferred, with Bicep or ARM templates also relevant;
-Expert-level CI/CD pipeline design and management, with GitHub Actions required and Azure DevOps experience a plus;
-Strong understanding of enterprise networking, DNS, SSL/TLS certificate management, and API gateway configuration;
-Experience with observability tooling such as Datadog, Grafana, or equivalent platforms, including DORA metrics implementation;
-Knowledge of container orchestration and serverless architectures, including Docker, Kubernetes, AWS Lambda, or Azure Functions;
-Familiarity with security controls in cloud environments.
