Ideas Marketing is growing, and we're looking for TWO versatile mid-level graphic designers to join our creative team.

We're a proudly Aboriginal-owned and operated Australian digital marketing agency working with clients across property, aged care and disability services, professional services, the arts, housing and not-for-profit. ABOUT THE ROLE

You'll work across a diverse client portfolio, taking briefs from concept through to production-ready artwork. No two days look the same — one brief might be a brand guideline, the next a social reel, an EDM, a website layout or a pitch deck. This is a fully remote role within a collaborative, fast-moving team and a steady flow of genuinely interesting projects.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Design across formats — brand identities and guidelines, print and collateral (letterheads, business cards, banners, booklets), social graphics, EDMs and newsletters, presentations and proposals

• Create short-form social video and light motion (reels, cut-downs) • Design website pages and assets across desktop and mobile

• Take briefs from concept to final, on-brand, production-ready artwork

• Maintain brand consistency across multiple client accounts

• Collaborate with our creative, copy and web team on campaigns and deliverables

• Manage your workload across several active projects with clear time tracking

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 2+ years of professional graphic design experience

• A strong portfolio showing real range across print and digital • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva • A solid grasp of layout, typography, colour and composition

• A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to high-quality, error-free output

• Fluent, polished English — much of the work is client-facing collateral in Australian English

• Reliable, self-managing and genuinely comfortable working remotely

• Strong communication and the ability to interpret and run with a brief independently

• Comfortable working across Australian business hours (AEST)

NICE TO HAVE

• Motion graphics / video editing (Premiere, After Effects, CapCut)

• Web design experience (WordPress, Figma, Elementor)

• Familiarity with EDM platforms or HubSpot

• Agency experience across multiple clients

• Experience with project/time-tracking tools (e.g. Monday.com)
