Evaluate, recommend, and drive process improvements across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, HR, and Manufacturing domains
Serve as thought leader and SME in ERP best practices, system integration, data migration, and business readiness
Lead and mentor junior BAs and SMEs to promote consistency in analysis practices and documentation standards
Support system configuration reviews, user acceptance testing (UAT), and cutover planning from a business process perspective
Create and deliver high-quality presentations, process flows, business cases, and executive updates
Manage cross-functional workshops involving IT, vendors, business users, and external consultants

- Deep domain knowledge in at least two of the following areas: Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, HR, or Manufacturing - with the ability to challenge assumptions and propose best-in-class solutions
- Proven experience working in large-scale, cross-functional ERP programs - preferably in enterprise/global environments
- Outstanding communication, facilitation, and presentation skills - must be able to present to executive stakeholders with clarity and authority
