About The Role

weElevateIT is hiring a Senior Palantir Application Developer to support a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) program focused on building applications that drive efficiency and operational excellence across the Army Working Capital Fund (AWCF). In this fully remote role, you will design, build, and maintain Palantir-based solutions that automate business processes and deliver actionable insights spanning finance, supply chain, logistics, and industrial operations. You will serve as a senior technical contributor, translating complex operational requirements into scalable data architectures and visualizations within the Palantir platform.

What you'll do

  • Design and develop Palantir applications, pipelines, and dashboards that support Army Working Capital Fund (AWCF) operations β€” including finance, supply chain, logistics, and industrial functions β€” for DoD clients.
  • Architect end-to-end data solutions β€” including data modeling, data engineering, and data validation workflows β€” within the Palantir environment.
  • Build and configure approval workflow automation and business process automation (BPA) capabilities to streamline Army resource-management operations.
  • Produce clear architecture diagrams that document solution design, data flows, and integration points for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Perform data cleaning, transformation, and quality assurance to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial and operational datasets.
  • Develop data visualizations and analytical products that translate raw data into decision-ready insights for senior DoD stakeholders.
  • Conduct business analysis activities β€” including requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis β€” to align technical solutions with mission needs.
  • Travel up to 15% to support on-site engagement, stakeholder reviews, or program milestones as required.

What we're looking for

Required

  • United States citizenship and eligibility to obtain a security clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 5 or more years of experience in Palantir application development, data engineering, or a closely related discipline.
  • Hands-on proficiency with the Palantir platform, including application configuration, pipeline development, and dashboard creation.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) or Department of the Army programs, with working knowledge of DoD business and financial processes.
  • Proven ability to perform data architecture design, data modeling, data cleaning, and data validation in complex enterprise environments.
  • Experience designing approval workflows and business process automation solutions.
  • Strong financial analysis skills, including the ability to interpret and present defense resource-management data.
  • Ability to create architecture diagrams and communicate technical designs clearly to diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills and disciplined attention to detail.
