Job Description


We're working with a driving force in the telecommunications industry serving the hard-of-hearing community, looking to add a new Marketing Manager, Offline Channel Growth, with specific DRTV and direct mail expertise to their growing organization!


Hire Type: Contract-to-Hire

Compensation: Up to $65/hour; converting $105,000-$120,000/year + Bonus

Location: 100% Remote (EST or CST time zones only!)

Experience Required:

  • Step into a new position that is fundamental to the growth of the organization, DRTV is their #1 lead generation source!
  • Must have expertise and a passion for DRTV (Direct Response Television) and Direct Mail specifically! About 80% of the budget goes to DRTV specifically. Print, Radio, CTV experience a plus!
  • Own channel performance, manage offline channel strategy and growth, campaign performance analytics and optimization (working with in-house Marketing Analyst & Director), agency relationship/vendor management, budget management, KPI/ROI alignment
  • B2B experience required; B2C experience a plus!
  • Experience managing roughly $15M+ budget size - required
  • Proficiency within MS Office Suite and Advanced Excel (Power BI experience a plus!)
  • Data/analytics centric mindset, mission oriented, outstanding communicator, highly detail oriented, ambitious, kind, humble, team-player
