AI Output Tester - Technical Documentation Reviewer

About the role
We are adding an AI Output Tester to our team to support our internal documentation and configuration audits. As we use more automated tools to help draft system guides and technical reports, we need a diligent reviewer to ensure every piece of text meets our standards for accuracy. This is a part time, entry level contract position that is 100 percent remote. You will be responsible for checking the work produced by AI models to ensure it aligns with the actual technical specifications of the systems we build for our clients. Since our goal is a single source of truth for finance teams, the accuracy of our manuals and reports is non-negotiable.

What you will be doing

• Reviewing AI generated technical documentation for errors in logic or finance terminology.
• Comparing generated configuration guides against the actual settings in the software.
• Identifying instances where the AI provides incorrect or conflicting information.
• Testing different prompts to see which ones produce the most reliable and usable documentation.
• Organizing testing logs to show where the AI models are failing or succeeding.
• Helping to clean data sets before they are used in reporting dashboards.
