What You Will Do

• Spearhead AI-Driven Asset Creation: Leverage Stable Diffusion and complementary services to generate breathtaking backgrounds, UI elements, icons, props, and characters.
• Train & Fine-Tune Models: Prepare specialized datasets, run experiments, evaluate results, and execute LoRA training to achieve a precise artistic vision.
• Develop Visionary Concepts: Translate high-level creative briefs into comprehensive mood boards, detailed style guides, and robust prompt libraries.
• Refine & Polish Artwork: Colorize line art, ensure strict style consistency, and finalize stunning assets for production.

• Collaborate Across Disciplines: Coordinate closely with Art Directors, Game Designers, and the wider art team via Slack and Jira to align on project milestones and visual rhythm.
• Champion Knowledge Sharing: Lead internal workshops, document best practices, and mentor peers to continuously elevate the team's AI-art workflows.

What You Bring

• A strong foundation in composition, storytelling, and visual rhythm, coupled with a deep understanding of 3D workflows and emerging motion design trends.
• Expertise in Stable Diffusion frameworks (Automatic1111, ComfyUI) and advanced prompt engineering.
• Hands-on experience utilizing ControlNet modules (e.g., Canny, Depth, Tile) within Stable Diffusion pipelines.
• Proficiency in image upscaling techniques (Magnific, Topaz, or proprietary tools) alongside inpainting and outpainting workflows.
• A solid understanding of end-to-end AI art pipelines, from initial data preparation to polishing the final art.
• Familiarity with other generative AI services (Ideogram, Sora, Midjourney, Krea) and a passionate willingness to explore new platforms.
