We are supporting an innovative technology company in Hamburg looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join a highly technical team building advanced ML solutions around prediction, optimisation and personalisation.

You will work on systems where machine learning directly influences user experiences and business outcomes — developing models that understand behaviour, improve relevance and support intelligent decision-making.

What You’ll Do

• Build and improve machine learning models for ranking, prediction and personalisation
• Develop scalable solutions using modern ML techniques
• Work with large datasets to identify patterns and improve model performance
• Design experiments and evaluate the impact of new approaches

• Take ownership of ML models from concept through to production

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning or Applied Science
• Experience building production machine learning models

Strong knowledge of:

• Recommendation systems
• Ranking algorithms
• Predictive modelling
