As a Senior Staff Engineer, you’ll be the go-to technical expert driving end-to-end solutions that power lead generation and customer acquisition across global markets.
This is a hands-on, high-impact IC role with strong technical leadership and mentoring.
Your Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable tech solutions end-to-end
- Act as the bridge between Marketing and Engineering, translating ideas into real systems
- Build and optimize customer acquisition platforms, tracking, attribution, and CRM integrations
- Improve DevOps, automation, and infrastructure (GCP, Terraform, GitHub)
- Support UI/UX improvements & A/B testing
- Mentor engineers and help the team move faster and work smarter
- Balance multiple requests, challenge priorities, and drive pragmatic decisions

- 10+ years in Software Engineering (end-to-end systems) and proven tech leadership experience
- Strong hands-on coding: JavaScript + Python
- Solid experience with cloud (GCP/AWS) + Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
- Proven experience working at the intersection of Marketing & Tech
- Understanding of lead generation, tracking, attribution, and CRM integrations
- Experience driving complex projects independently in fast-paced environments
