NOTE: Client will prefer profiles with Adeptia or Azure Data Factory (ADF) or Informatica experience. They are looking for at least 2-3 years’ experience of Adeptia or Azure Data Factory (ADF) or Informatica

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain test plans, test cases, and scripts for ETL workflows and integration connectors
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define acceptance criteria and quality standards

• Participate in requirements and design reviews to ensure testability
• Execute functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing
• Validate data accuracy, transformations, mappings, and end-to-end data flows
• Test REST and SOAP APIs, including authentication, payload validation, and error handling
• Perform performance, scalability, reliability, and security testing
• Identify, log, track, and validate defects using Azure DevOps
• Support automated testing initiatives for ETL and API validations
• Maintain test documentation, results, and traceability matrices
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives
• Work effectively with globally distributed teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Experience testing ETL workflows or integration platforms (Adeptia preferred) or Azure Data Factory (ADF) or Informatica
• Background in financial services, FinTech, or capital markets is highly preferred
• Strong SQL skills for data validation and reconciliation
• Experience with API testing tools (Postman, SoapUI, etc.)
• Knowledge of data modeling, transformations, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices
• Understanding of secure data handling and authorization testing
• Strong analytical, communication, and time-management skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
