The Opportunity

We're hiring a Creative Graphic Designer to own creative production across paid, owned, and in-store channels for a fast-scaling membership-based car wash brand with locations nationwide โ€” concepting and executing static, motion, and short-form video assets that reinforce visual brand identity and drive membership growth at volume.


What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

  • Creative Production: Concept and execute digital and in-store deliverables โ€” including static/display ads, email graphics, organic social assets, pay-station screens, signage, decal art, and landing-page assets โ€” at a consistent, high-volume pace.
  • Motion & Video: Produce motion graphics, GIFs, and simple video edits; repurpose long-form content into short-form assets for social and paid channels, with heavier production supported via a contractor.
  • Brand Systems: Embed brand visual identity and graphic systems into every asset; maintain the brand asset library and ensure consistency across all locations and channels; handle photo retouching, editing, and color correction.
  • Paid Testing: Produce ad variants for paid channel testing at a high monthly output; apply brand creative guidelines (one value proposition per asset, with savings as the dominant messaging element); support identification of winning creative formats.
  • Sales & Internal Materials: Create sales decks, digital mockups, and style guides for internal teams and partners; support SEO and Email roles with visual assets as needed.
  • AI-Assisted Production: Leverage AI image and design tools to accelerate output and increase creative throughput without sacrificing brand consistency.


What You Bring

  • Design Craft: Strong foundation in typography, color, layout, and composition across digital and print formats; able to maintain visual quality at speed and volume.
  • Brand Systems Knowledge: Experience embedding visual identity guidelines and graphic systems into a large portfolio of assets; skilled at maintaining consistency across multiple channels and locations.
  • Motion & Video Basics: Proficiency in motion graphics, GIF creation, and simple video editing for social and paid ad placements.
  • Tooling Depth: Working fluency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects); experience with Canva a plus.
  • Speed at Volume: Track record of producing high-quality creative variants quickly without losing brand consistency; comfortable in a high-output, test-and-learn environment.
