As ZERO Markets continues expanding its presence in Brazil and Latin America, we are looking for an experienced Senior UI/UX Designer & Web Specialist to join our team and help us shape this next chapter. Our goal is to deliver an experience that feels modern, accessible, trustworthy and aligned with the expectations of Brazilian users.

About the role:

This role is ideal for a very experienced UI/UX professional who understands that great design is not only about how something looks, but how clearly, confidently and easily users can move through a digital experience.

You will work closely with the Brazilian business team and the international development team to improve websites, portals, digital platforms and client journeys, translating local market needs into clear UI/UX improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and improve user journeys across websites, portals and digital platforms.
• Design and improve responsive websites, landing pages and client acquisition flows.

• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes and high-fidelity interface designs.
• Identify friction points in registration, onboarding, verification, funding flows and platform navigation.
• Conduct research on Brazilian user behaviour, competitor platforms and local market expectations.
• Translate business and client needs into clear design requirements for developers.
• Work with Marketing, Sales, Support, Operations, Product and Development teams to collect feedback and prioritise improvements.
• Maintain consistency across Brazil-facing digital products and client touchpoints.
• Help improve conversion, usability, clarity, trust and long-term client retention.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• Advanced English, written and spoken.
• Proven experience as a Senior UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, Web Designer or similar
• role.
• Strong portfolio with websites, landing pages, portals, mobile experiences or digital
• platforms.
• Strong experience with Figma as the primary design tool; familiarity with similar tools is a
• plus.
• Experience with responsive design, user flows, wireframes, prototypes and usability best
