Expectations
What We Want To See
- Experience in a similar role in the gaming industry (ideally with RolePlay projects)
- Understanding of UA and key metrics, including product metrics, and the ability to analyze and form hypotheses
- Ability to analyze competitors, identify top performing creatives on the market, and adapt them for the project
- Knowledge of ASO
- Understanding of how creatives are produced in Unreal and Unity
- Experience teaching or mentoring others
- Experience working with contractors and providing structured feedback
- Experience working with AI tools
- A portfolio that includes 3D creatives
- Native Russian language
