2. About the Opportunity:
The People Operations Generalist role is central to delivering a positive and efficient employee experience across North America. This position manages day-to-day HR operations, supports employee engagement, and administers benefits programs, ensuring smooth processes and strong relationships with employees. The role contributes by maintaining data integrity, improving workflows, and acting as a key liaison between employees and leadership to foster alignment and growth.
3. Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day employee inquiries across North America
• Conduct regular employee check-ins to systematically gather feedback and enhance the overall employee experience
• Coordinate internal recognition events, appreciation initiatives, and localized engagement programs
• Manage end-to-end onboarding, promotions, role changes, and employee lifecycle updates in HR systems
• Maintain highly accurate, compliant employee records and localized HR documentation
• Administer comprehensive benefits programs, including health, retirement, wellness plans, and perks
• Handle leave of absence (LOA) and Paid Time Off (PTO) administration in tandem with internal partners
• Coordinate logistical details for remote work equipment requests, virtual events, and HR vendor management

• Support the continuous improvement, scalability, and automation of core People Operations processes
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to maximize operational efficiency and employee satisfaction
4. Requirements:
• 2–4 years of progressive experience in HR, People Operations, or closely related corporate fields
• Hands-on experience with hands-on employee lifecycle support and standard benefits administration
• Core proficiency with modern HRIS platforms (such as HiBob, Rippling, Workday, or BambooHR)
• Strong organizational skills with sharp attention to detail and data integrity
• Excellent customer service, active listening, and verbal/written communication abilities
• Proven capability to manage multiple competing priorities effectively within a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Willingness and flexibility to attend occasional in-person strategic meetings in New York City (NYC)
Preferred:
• Prior experience supporting remote, distributed, or international workforces preferred
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• Target base salary range: $85,000.00 to $100,000.00 USD per year
