About The Role
Our client is looking for an Amazon & E-Commerce Designer to own the visual content that drives conversion across Amazon, Walmart.com, and other retail and eCommerce channels. This role is focused on creating high-performing digital shelf assets, from main product images and secondary images to infographics, comparison charts, Brand Stores, Sponsored Ads creatives, and full A+ Content experiences.
The ideal candidate will work closely with Amazon and channel leads to interpret performance data, inform creative strategy, and optimize content based on what is actually driving results. Success in this role requires strong Amazon fluency, including PDP requirements, A+ Content, Brand Stores, and eCommerce creative best practices, combined with speed, accuracy, and confidence using AI-powered tools as part of the creative production process.
Responsibilities
- Amazon Creative: Create and maintain PDP assets, including main images, secondary images, lifestyle visuals, infographics, comparison charts, A+ Content, Brand Store pages, and Amazon ad creatives.
- E-Commerce & Retailer Assets: Adapt product visuals and digital assets for Walmart.com, Home Depot, Lowe’s, owned website pages, retailer media networks, and other eCommerce channels.
- Video & Motion Content: Produce short-form product and brand videos for Amazon, retailer.com, and paid social using AI video tools and static product assets.
- Creative Optimization: Partner with Amazon and channel leads to review performance data and translate insights into improved creative, A/B tests, and conversion-focused content updates.
- Content Compliance & Quality Control: Ensure all assets follow Amazon policies, platform specs, brand guidelines, and visual standards before and after go-live.
- Asset Management: Upload, organize, version, and maintain final creative assets in Bynder using proper naming conventions and metadata standards.
- Platform Best Practices: Stay updated on Amazon algorithm changes, policy updates, and eCommerce creative trends to continuously improve content performance.

Competencies And Qualifications
Must-Have
- 3–6 years of experience in Amazon/eCommerce creative design, with a portfolio showing PDPs, A+ Content, Brand Stores, and ad creatives.
- Strong understanding of Amazon PDP requirements, shopper behavior, Amazon SEO, conversion optimization, and creative performance metrics.
- Experience designing high-converting Amazon listings and the ability to explain creative decisions based on data or performance insights.
- Expert-level skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro or After Effects.
- Advanced AI fluency using tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Kling, Pika, or similar platforms for real creative deliverables.
- Experience producing AI-supported product videos, lifestyle visuals, animated pack shots, or product demos from static assets.
- Strong communication skills, fast execution, attention to detail, and ability to work independently with US Eastern hours overlap.
