Made2Flow is a German data company specializing in innovative impact measurement and decarbonization solutions for fashion brands and manufacturers. We are revolutionizing how supply chain data is gathered and validated, with the ultimate goal of helping the industry lower its environmental impact, become more sustainable, and stop greenwashing.


We are a boot-strapped, already profitable company, entering a high-growth phase and are looking for a Founding Marketing hire.

This is a builder role combining product marketing (positioning, messaging, enablement) and growth marketing (pipeline generation, campaigns, and experimentation).


Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced B2B Marketing Manager to own both how Made2Flow is positioned in the market and how we generate and convert demand.

You will translate internal expertise (founder insights, customer conversations, sales learnings, partner knowledge) into high-quality marketing assets such as landing pages, customer case studies, webinars, Linkedin content and event concepts, while also building and executing the systems that drive qualified pipeline growth.

You have a structured way of working with the ability to prioritize topics, manage a marketing pipeline and define meaningful success signals, balancing qualitative feedback with lightweight quantitative metrics.

This role sits at the intersection of product, sales, and growth, and is critical in shaping how Made2Flow scales commercially.

You will work closely with the two founders and report directly to the CEO.


Key Responsibilities

  • Define positioning, messaging, and value proposition for Made2Flow
  • Create sales enablement materials (decks, one-pagers, case studies)
  • Design and execute demand generation campaigns across key channels (LinkedIn, email, webinars, SEO)
  • Drive qualified pipeline growth and optimize conversion across the funnel
  • Own core marketing content, including customer stories and thought leadership
  • Work closely with Sales and Product on go-to-market, launches, and feedback loops
  • Build our initial marketing analytics, reporting, and performance tracking


Your Profile

  • 5–7 years of hands-on marketing experience in a B2B SaaS startup or scale-up environment, ideally as one of the first marketing hires or in a role with significant ownership and execution responsibility, including product positioning and messaging, demand generation and performance marketing
  • A founder mentality - comfortable in early-stage or scale-up environments and ready to get things done yourself
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, LinkedIn campaigns, and marketing automation tools
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate ideas internally and externally; fluency in English is mandatory
