Responsibilities:
During contact center operations, massive volumes of data and interactions are generated daily, making manual analysis impossible. Intelligence Engine is a project focused on developing technological solutions for automation and intelligent analysis of this data, including the use of AI methods. Your main responsibility will be to contribute to product development, add new features, and support Front-End development.
Tech stack:
Golang 1.24, Gin, Sqlx

Key requirements:
- 5+ years of backend development experience
- Commercial experience with Golang (2+ years)
- Experience developing backend services with REST
- Knowledge of algorithms and data structures
- Experience developing multithreaded applications
- Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases (Mongo, ClickHouse)
- Experience writing unit and integration tests
- System Design experience
- Experience with Docker
- SOLID principles
- Linux (development, operation, administration)
- CI/CD with Jenkins, Drone, GitHub Actions, etc.
- English (technical documentation and communication)
