As we continue to scale, we are looking for an experienced HR Manager โ Talent Acquisition who can take ownership of end-to-end recruitment and drive hiring across diverse roles and industries.
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly driven Talent Acquisition professional with strong headhunting expertise and proven experience hiring for multiple functions. This role requires someone who can identify, engage, and close top talent through proactive sourcing strategies rather than relying solely on job applications.
The ideal candidate has experience recruiting for a wide variety of positions, including leadership, technical, operations, sales, customer support, marketing, finance, and other business functions. Experience limited to only EdTech hiring will not be sufficient for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to onboarding.
- Lead hiring for multiple positions across various departments and business functions.
- Proactively source passive candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels.
- Execute headhunting strategies to identify and engage high-quality talent.
- Conduct screening interviews to assess technical skills, communication, cultural fit, and role suitability.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Coordinate interview processes and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
- Manage offer negotiations, candidate engagement, and successful offer closures.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
- Track recruitment metrics including sourcing effectiveness, time-to-fill, and offer conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate candidate records using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Continuously improve sourcing strategies, recruitment processes, and employer branding initiatives.

Requirements
- 4 - 8 years of end-to-end Talent Acquisition experience.
- Proven experience in headhunting and sourcing passive candidates.
- Strong experience hiring for multiple functions and industries.
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
- Strong stakeholder management and hiring manager collaboration skills.
- Excellent interviewing, negotiation, and candidate relationship management abilities.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced hiring environment.
