- Lead the architecture and technical direction of modern React and Next.js applications.
- Build scalable full-stack solutions, including Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) services and APIs.
- Drive engineering excellence across performance, security, accessibility, and developer experience.
- Mentor engineers through hands-on leadership, architecture reviews, and technical guidance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams while leveraging AI-powered tools to build high-quality digital products.
What We're Looking For
We're interested in experienced engineers who combine deep frontend expertise with strong full-stack capability and a passion for technical leadership.
You'll ideally bring:
- 7+ years of software engineering experience, including technical leadership.
- Expert in React, Next.js, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript.
- Strong backend experience with Node.js, REST/GraphQL APIs, and Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) services.
- Proven expertise in frontend architecture for large-scale production applications.
- Solid understanding of performance optimisation, accessibility, security, testing, and CI/CD.
- Experience in fintech or regulated environments, with design systems, micro-frontends, or cross-platform engineering as a plus.
