Location: San Francisco, CA (Remote - US Based)
Salary: $120,000 - $200,000 + Equity (0.05% - 0.20%)
Visa Sponsorship: Available (TN, OPT, H-1B Transfer)

Required Experience
Experience
- 1–4 years of professional experience as a Backend or Full-Stack Software Engineer.
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
- Recent experience at an early-stage startup (Seed to Series B).
- Strong ownership mindset with experience shipping production-ready software.
- Experience designing and building scalable backend systems.

Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from a Top 25 undergraduate university in the United States or Canada.
- Candidates with bootcamp-only education will not be considered.
Technical Skills

- Experience building scalable APIs and distributed backend systems.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and system design.
