Accountabilities
In this role, you will define and execute a comprehensive growth marketing strategy while optimizing performance across multiple acquisition and engagement channels to drive qualified pipeline and measurable business impact.
- Develop and execute a multichannel growth strategy aligned with revenue goals, pipeline targets, and market priorities
- Translate business objectives into actionable demand generation plans across paid media, SEO, lifecycle, webinars, events, and partner marketing
- Build and optimize conversion-focused website journeys, landing pages, and campaign funnels to improve lead quality and engagement
- Design and scale experimentation frameworks to identify high-performing channels and optimize marketing spend
- Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, and Partnerships teams to improve attribution, pipeline visibility, and campaign effectiveness
- Lead conference, event, and partner-driven growth initiatives with clear tracking of ROI and pipeline contribution
- Establish performance dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor funnel health, CAC, conversion rates, and ROI
- Leverage AI tools and automation to improve marketing efficiency, experimentation velocity, and insight generation

- 8-12+ years of experience in B2B growth marketing, demand generation, or revenue marketing roles
- Proven track record of driving qualified pipeline and revenue impact, not just lead volume or traffic
- Strong expertise across multiple growth channels including paid search, paid social, SEO/AEO, email, webinars, events, ABM, and partner marketing
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot, including attribution, segmentation, and lead scoring
- Strong analytical skills with experience in funnel optimization, conversion rate improvement, and performance measurement
- Ability to design and execute structured experiments with clear hypotheses and success metrics
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority
- Experience in healthcare SaaS, digital health, or other regulated and complex B2B environments is highly preferred
- Strong strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution capability in fast-moving environments
- Comfort working in mission-driven organizations where impact and performance are closely connected
