Job Description


As a Product Owner in our Casino & Games Product Management team, you’ll play a key role in shaping the user experience and driving product development forward. You’ll work closely with developers, UX designers, data analysts, and other stakeholders to bring ideas to life and ensure we’re delivering real value to our users. You’ll continuously enhance the product and user journey, taking ownership of key roadmap initiatives and defined areas of the product offering. Your mission? To make sure the development team has everything they need to succeed - from a clear product vision and well-prioritized backlog to detailed release plans and acceptance criteria.


Core responsibilities

  • Creating user stories with acceptance criteria and providing all the information the development team needs to deliver the desired outcomes.
  • Leading product discovery for assigned initiatives in collaboration with the Head of Casino & Games Product Management, the development team, UX designers, and data analysts.
  • Contributing to the product vision and roadmap, and communicating the vision to the development team and stakeholders.
  • Ensuring that the product backlog is properly organized and prioritized according to customer value and product vision.
  • Tracking product performance and user behavior with analytics and data collection.
  • Performing user acceptance testing of product increments.
  • Identifying improvement areas by continuously reviewing the live product.


Experience and key competencies

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in product management. Prior experience in iGaming or another regulated industry is considered an advantage.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment, including familiarity with backlog management tools such as Jira (or similar) and a solid understanding of sprint-based product delivery.
  • Solid analytical skills, with experience using product analytics tools and the ability to translate user behavior data into clear product decisions.
  • A problem-solving mindset with a strong focus on the user.
  • Comfort working with both technical and business stakeholders across the organization.
  • Good judgment in decision-making, with the ability to assess value, impact, and priorities effectively.
  • Fluency in verbal and written communication in English is essential, as it's our primary means of interaction.

Compensation

At Coolbet, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining your salary, including market benchmarks, specific job family, background, location, skills, and experience. The typical range for this role is 3500€-4300€ gross per month. This reflects total compensation.
