The role is based in our Shared Service Center in Romania (Bucharest) and it’s a fully remote type of work.
Working schedule 15.00-24.00 (Romania time)
Position Summary
We are seeking a highly analytical and business-oriented Business Analyst to support key business functions such as Procurement, HR, Finance or other corporate functions. This role will act as a trusted business partner, providing financial insights, reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis to support strategic decision-making. The successful candidate will combine strong technical skills with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with assigned business functions (e.g., Procurement, HR) to provide financial and operational analysis
- Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, and presentations for senior leadership
- Analyze financial and operational performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and planning activities
- Prepare business cases, variance analyses, and ad hoc financial models
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting processes and data quality
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support process optimization
- Ensure accurate reporting and compliance with internal policies and financial controls

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
- English - Business-level English proficiency (written and spoken)
- 3–7 years of experience in Business Analysis, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Commercial Finance, or Business Partnering
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Power BI, and Oracle EPM
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at different levels
- Experience presenting insights to senior management
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting corporate functions such as Procurement, HR, IT, or Operations
- Knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
- Experience working in a multinational or shared services environment
