Title: HR Manager
Salary: $4k-7k

We are a fast-growing DTC supplement brand doing multiple 7 figures a month and on pace for $50M in revenue this year. The Opportunity
We are looking for an HR Manager to own our people function end to end. You will take over the full hiring pipeline across every open role, systemize our recruiting process, run initial screening calls, and build the infrastructure that allows us to hire S class talent at speed as we scale.
We are scaling fast across multiple roles simultaneously and we need someone who has operated in this environment before. This is not a corporate HR role. It is a fast-moving, high-ownership position that directly impacts how quickly we grow.
Your mission: build the people infrastructure that lets us hire the best talent in the world, fast, and make sure they stay.
What You’ll Do
Talent Acquisition
- Own the full hiring pipeline across all open roles simultaneously from job post to signed offer
- Headhunt top talent across LinkedIn, Upwork, OnlineJobs.ph, and niche channels specific to each role
- Write and publish job posts that attract A players and repel everyone else
- Vet candidates, manage all outreach, and run initial screening calls before passing finalists to the team
- Build and maintain a warm bench of candidates so we are never starting from zero when a role opens
- Systemize the entire hiring process to reduce time to hire across every open position
People Operations
- Build and refine our onboarding process so every new hire ramps fast and hits the ground running
- Define and track KPIs across every role and department so performance is always measurable
- Run quarterly performance reviews and flag issues before they become problems
- Build a compensation benchmarking framework so our pay stays competitive as we scale
- Manage international contractor agreements and payments across our global team
- Manage offboarding with clean exits, knowledge transfer, and exit interviews

Culture & Retention
- Proactively identify retention risks and address them before people start looking elsewhere
- Build the systems and touchpoints that make our company a place top performers want to stay
- Strengthen our employer brand so recruiting gets easier as we grow
- Partner with leadership on headcount planning 60 to 90 days ahead of when we need people
AI Enablement
- Use AI tools to speed up candidate sourcing, screening, and outreach workflows
- Build automations that reduce manual work in the hiring pipeline
- Identify where AI can replace repetitive HR tasks and implement it
What We’re Looking For
Non-Negotiable
- Proven HR experience at a fast-scaling DTC ecommerce brand. If you have not worked inside a DTC brand you do not understand the pace this role requires.
- Has owned the full recruiting cycle across creative, marketing, and operations roles simultaneously, not just one function.
- Built hiring systems or SOPs from scratch. You have improved a broken process, not just executed someone else's playbook.
- Comfortable managing 5 to 10 open roles at once without dropping anything or needing to be chased.
- Sharp at candidate vetting. You can assess culture fit and skill level in a single screening call.
- High autonomy operator. You manage your own workload and outcomes without needing direction.
- Strong written English for job posts, SOPs, and all candidate communication.

- Experience hiring and managing international remote contractors across Philippines, Latin America, and Eastern Europe
- Familiarity with ATS platforms from lightweight tools like Manatal and Breezy HR through to enterprise platforms like Greenhouse or Lever
- Experience in a founder-led, fast-moving brand where intensity and autonomy are the norm
- Background in performance management, KPI setting, and employee reviews
You Must Be AI-Native
Active, fluent daily AI tool usage is mandatory, not optional. We expect you to be embedding AI into your sourcing, screening, and people ops workflows from day one.
