About the Role

You'll join as a Founding Engineer responsible for building the core platform powering AI-driven patient recruitment across clinical trials. Working closely with the founders, you'll architect scalable AI systems, develop full-stack product features, integrate with complex healthcare platforms, and help shape the next generation of intelligent clinical research infrastructure.


Qualifications

  • 4–8 years of experience building production-grade full-stack applications.
  • Strong experience with React, TypeScript, Python, and AWS or comparable modern technologies.
  • Proven ability to own and ship complex products from architecture through production.
  • Experience building AI applications, LLM workflows, AI agents, machine learning systems, or automation platforms.
  • Strong engineering fundamentals with a bias toward execution in fast-moving startup environments.
  • Experience integrating with third-party APIs, legacy systems, or complex enterprise software is highly preferred.
  • Comfortable working onsite in San Francisco as part of a high-intensity founding team.


Compensation & Logistics

  • Compensation: $170K–$220K Base + 0.5–1.5% Equity
  • Location: San Francisco, CA
  • Work Model: 5 Days/Week Onsite
  • Visa Sponsorship: Available
