We are seeking a highly skilled Delivery & Operations Engineer to drive software deployment and ensure seamless service delivery for tier-1 telecom operators across Oman and the broader Middle East region.

πŸš€ JOB SUMMARY

You will bridge the gap between project delivery and daily operations. Responsible for end-to-end software deployment, technical support (L2/L3), critical troubleshooting, and platform optimization. You will work closely with client-side engineers and internal R&D teams to ensure high availability of next-generation telecom platform solutions.


πŸ“‹ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

β€’ Deploy, configure, and commission telecom software platforms in customer environments.

β€’ Support system integration, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and live production rollouts.

β€’ Provide advanced L2/L3 technical support, proactively monitoring platform health and resolving critical incidents.

β€’ Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for high-priority issues and drive permanent fixes.

β€’ Act as the primary, trusted technical interface for assigned telecom operators.

β€’ Deliver technical training and operational guidance to the customer’s engineering teams.


🎯 KEY REQUIREMENTS

β€’ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or IT.

β€’ Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in software deployment, system operations, or technical support within the telecom/ICT sector.

β€’ OS & Infrastructure: Strong hands-on Linux/Unix administration. Experience with Docker/Kubernetes is a major plus.

β€’ Databases & Networking: Proficiency in MySQL/PostgreSQL and solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, and firewalls.

β€’ Domain Knowledge (Preferred): Experience in eSIM Ecosystem (SM-DP+, SM-DS), MVNO platforms, IoT Connectivity, or BSS/OSS systems.

β€’ Language: Fluent English is mandatory (Arabic language skills are a strong advantage).
