Job Description
We're building a next-generation AI-powered Digital marketing and content creation system, and we need a sharp, creative builder to help bring it to life.
This isn't a traditional automation or marketing role. You'll sit at the intersection of marketing strategy, content creation, and AI-assisted development, using tools like Claude, Meta's Ads, and Google's Gemini to build systems that actually move the needle.

What You'll Do
- Build and iterate on AI-powered content creation pipelines using the Anthropic Claude API
- Develop and optimize ads analysis workflows connected to the Meta Ads API
- Integrate and experiment with Google Gemini for on-device AI features
- Use a vibe coding approach, rapid prototyping with AI coding assistants like Claude Code, to move fast and ship working systems
- Analyze ad performance data and translate insights into actionable content strategies
- Collaborate closely with the founding team to shape the product roadmap

Must-Have Qualifications
- ✅ Hands-on experience with paid social advertising (Meta/Facebook Ads) and performance analysis
- ✅ Demonstrated experience with AI tools in a professional or project context (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar)
- ✅ Comfort working with APIs, you don't need to be a senior engineer, but you should know your way around an API call
- ✅ Experience in content marketing, copywriting, or creative strategy
- ✅ Ability to use AI-assisted coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, etc.) to build and ship real workflows
- ✅ Strong written communication skills in English
- ✅ Self-directed — you can take a brief and run with it without heavy hand-holding
