Job Description
- Lead Financial Due Diligence and Quality of Earnings engagements for buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions.
- Manage engagements from planning through final delivery while ensuring exceptional client service.
- Analyze EBITDA adjustments, net working capital, cash flow, and key financial performance indicators.
- Prepare comprehensive due diligence reports and communicate findings to clients and deal teams.
- Partner with private equity firms, business owners, attorneys, investment bankers, and other transaction professionals throughout the deal process.
- Research and resolve complex accounting and transaction-related issues.
- Mentor, coach, and develop team members while fostering a collaborative, servant leadership culture.
- Balance multiple engagements and meet tight transaction deadlines without sacrificing quality.
- Leverage AI and modern technology tools to improve efficiency and deliver exceptional advisory services.
- Support additional advisory and assurance engagements as business needs require.

Qualifications
- 4+ years of Transaction Advisory Services, Financial Due Diligence, or Quality of Earnings experience.
- Experience leading M&A due diligence engagements.
- Strong technical accounting knowledge and understanding of US GAAP.
- Experience analyzing EBITDA adjustments and working capital.
- Ability to independently manage multiple client engagements.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Leadership mindset with a collaborative, team-first approach.
- CPA strongly preferred.
- Experience with AI tools, data analytics, or ProSystem fx Engagement is a plus.
- Construction or contractor industry experience is a plus.
