LOCATION

• Charlotte, NC.
• Onsite five days per week in Uptown Charlotte.
• Relocation is required for non-local candidates.

• Provides leadership and development to a remote payroll team based outside of Charlotte.
• Serves as a player-coach, stepping in to support day-to-day execution during periods of limited team bandwidth.

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

• Experience leading payroll teams within large, complex, multi-state organizations.
• Union payroll experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of payroll operations, compliance requirements, and union payroll structures.
• Proven ability to rebuild or stabilize team culture and lead teams through change.
• A hands-on leadership style with the willingness to support execution when needed.
• Experience managing remote teams while operating in an onsite leadership role.
• Experience working with Oracle or ADP.
• Experience with certified payroll processing and reporting requirements is strongly preferred.
