Machine Learning Platform Engineer

You'll be focused in

• Developing, maintaining, and enhancing robust and scalable frameworks for AI/ML model development and deployment while establishing and driving best practices in machine learning engineering and MLOps
• Ensuring the ML platform adheres to high standards of data governance, security, and privacy, in alignment with industry regulations and company policies.
• Collaborating closely with ML Engineers, Data Scientists, and Product Managers to understand their needs and identify opportunities to accelerate the AI/ML development and deployment process
• Leading the selection, deployment, and management of ML tools and frameworks to facilitate efficient model development, testing, and production deployment
• Keeping abreast of the latest ML technologies, tools, and best practices, actively promoting their adoption within the team and the wider organization
  
  

In order to succeed, you’ll need

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or comparable work experience
• Proven experience working as a Machine Learning Engineer or related role
  
  

Experience building scalable machine learning systems and data-driven products working with cross-functional teams.

• Familiarity with modern industry methodologies, standards, and best practices in ML engineering
• Proficiency in Python and experience with common data analytics packages (e.g. Numpy, Pandas, Sklearn, PySpark)
• Experience with Agile Software Development methodologies
• Experience with cloud-based data solutions, preferably AWS ( Glue, Sagemaker, Bedrock), Azure or Google Cloud Platform also considered
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Great English skills, both written and spoken
