Who We're Looking ForWe're looking for a detail-oriented and analytically driven SEM Specialist to join our Paid Search team. This role is best suited for someone who is eager to further develop their SEM experience. You'll support campaign execution and budget management, working closely with senior team members on analysis, performance optimization and campaign strategy. You'll play an active role in the day-to-day work, making this a great fit for someone looking to grow their existing SEM skills within a collaborative team structure.
You will work closely with the SEM Manager and Senior SEM Manager to support campaign strategy, execution, and reporting, while contributing meaningful insights that drive client growth.
This is a mid-level contributor role, with clear expectations around both execution and analytical thinking.
What You'll Do
- Support the build, launch, and management of paid search campaigns across:
- Google Ads (Search, YouTube, GDN)
- Microsoft Ads (Bing)
- Conduct keyword research, audience research, and competitive analyses to inform campaign strategy
- Write and test high-performing ad copy, continuously optimizing based on performance data
- Monitor campaign performance with an analytical mindset, identifying trends and anomalies through rigorous data review.
- Build and maintain weekly and monthly reports, demonstrating a high level of comfort navigating large datasets in Excel/Google Sheets to identify wins and risks.
- Collaborate with senior team members in strategy discussions and campaign planning
- Ensure accuracy and quality control across campaign setup, tracking, and reporting
- Own and execute specific projects and delivery actions across our entire enterprise portfolio, managing multiple deadlines with a high level of organization and attention to detail.

- 2+ year of hands-on experience managing Google Search campaigns, ideally with some exposure to marketing agencies
- Experience managing active budgets of $50,000/month
- Experience contributing to client reporting and insights development
- (Does not need to fully own insights, but must support analysis and interpretation)
- Strong attention to detail across:
- Campaign setup
- Keyword research
- Ad copy
- Data analysis & reporting
- Strong track record of collaborating effectively within a team, with a genuine openness to feedback and continuous development
- 2–3+ years of paid media experience
- Experience managing campaigns across:
- YouTube Ads
- Microsoft/Bing Ads
- Agency experience, ideally working with lead generation clients
- Experience in home improvement or similar high-volume lead gen industries
