As a Senior Game Designer, you will develop and balance gameplay mechanics for our survival city-builder RPG, working closely with programmers and fellow designers on systems, tools, and prototypes.

- Work with programmers to develop tools and improve the interface
- Work with the designers to understand their requests
- Develop and balance gameplay mechanics and participate in prototype production
- Manage data and system constraints (engine impact generated by a modification)
- Work on progression systems, rewards, potentially NPC / AI Behaviour
- Learning the engine and its constraints

- 2+ years of professional AAA game design experience
- PC or current-generation console experience
- Familiarity with Unreal Engine, including Data Assets
- Fluent English (C1 or above)
