About the Role
Super Hire is recruiting on behalf of its client for an accomplished Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead the company's global revenue strategy and accelerate business growth.
This executive leadership position is responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies, expanding enterprise sales, building strategic partnerships, and leading high-performing commercial teams. The ideal candidate has a strong track record of scaling revenue within technology-driven organisations and successfully commercialising innovative products and services across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's global revenue growth and go-to-market (GTM) strategy.
- Drive enterprise sales initiatives and cultivate strategic relationships with executive-level customers and partners.
- Identify new market opportunities and support expansion into key industries and regions.
- Lead sales, business development, partnerships, customer success, and revenue operations teams.
- Build scalable commercial processes, forecasting models, and revenue performance metrics.
