Brand & Marketing Designer (Full-Stack)

About us:

WiseHosting is one of the fastest-growing game hosting companies in the world with a deep specialization and focus on Minecraft. It was created by Shulkercraft (2.4M followers), one of the world’s biggest Minecraft YouTube channels. Our goal is to make game server hosting simple and accessible for every player, no matter their skill level.

The role

We are looking for a versatile Brand & Marketing Designer (full-stack designer) to join our existing team and give marketing extra power. While our current designer focuses on the design system, 3D animations, and web + panel experience, you'll take charge of the visual side of brand and marketing, helping create brand assets, blog visuals, and everything that helps bring the WiseHosting story to the world.

This is a role where your signature reaches hundreds of thousands of players every month, from social media and the blog to campaigns and product visuals. You'll work closely with our design, brand, and marketing teams, and you'll have the freedom to bring your own ideas to the table.

The minimum rate for the job is $20/h. The exact number will be determined by your skill level and fit for the job.

Key responsibilities:

• Design brand assets (social media, campaigns, brand graphics) in WiseHosting's unified visual language.

• Create blog and content-marketing visuals that make complex topics simple and engaging.
• Support the marketing team with day-to-day and campaign-based design needs at a fast pace.
• Work hand in hand with the existing designer to keep the brand consistent.
• Help apply and expand the existing design system to marketing needs.
• Follow design and visual trends and bring them into our daily work, including the use of AI.

Whom We’re Looking For:

• You have a strong visual signature and a good sense of style. You can create both minimalist and playful/gamer-friendly visuals.
• You have good drawing skills and/or 3D skills; one of them being strong is a big plus.
• You have experience in UX/UI design and can confidently contribute to smaller and medium-sized UX/UI tasks.
