About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Human Resources Coordinator to join our remote team in the United States. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity for an HR professional passionate about delivering an exceptional employee experience. Reporting directly to the Director of Human Resources, the Coordinator will play a vital role in managing the employee lifecycle, from onboarding and HR operations to employee support and offboarding. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where adaptability and proactive communication are essential. This role involves coordinating new hire onboarding, maintaining accurate employee records, supporting performance management activities, and participating in HR projects aimed at enhancing organizational effectiveness. Your contributions will directly impact the engagement, retention, and overall success of our talented workforce.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous administrative experience, preferably within Human Resources
  • Experience working with HRIS platforms is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Interpersonal skills with a customer service mindset
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently in a remote setting

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all aspects of the new hire onboarding process, including preparing, distributing, tracking, and following up on employment documentation
  • Partner with HR team members to deliver a seamless and engaging onboarding experience for new employees
  • Communicate with employees, managers, and stakeholders regarding onboarding status and HR inquiries
  • Facilitate electronic completion of employment documents, policies, and acknowledgments
  • Schedule and support new hire orientation sessions
  • Maintain accurate employee records within the HRIS system and ensure data integrity
  • Generate HR reports regularly to monitor workforce metrics
  • Respond to employee questions related to payroll, benefits, HR policies, and other employment matters
  • Assist managers and HR leadership with performance management activities and personnel documentation
  • Coordinate employee offboarding processes, including exit interviews and separation documentation
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and operational efficiency
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed
