Full stack Developer

Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and maintain front-end and back-end components of our customer help hub web application using the Remix framework.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and implement solutions that align with business objectives.
3. Optimise application performance, scalability, and security.
4. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
5. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
6. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our development processes and tools.
7. Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure smooth operation of the application.
8. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to their professional growth.

Requirements

1. Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer, with a focus on building web applications using modern frameworks such as React or Remix.
2. Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
3. Experience with server-side development using Node.js and Express.js.
4. Familiarity with database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
5. Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
6. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
8. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
9. Experience working in an Agile environment is preferred
