Our Platform Engineering team is responsible for designing, building and operating the cloud platform that powers our products. We engineer for reliability, scalability, security and automation—and we're looking for an experienced Platform Engineer who wants to solve complex technical problems, build exceptional platforms and continuously improve how engineering is done.
This isn't a traditional infrastructure role.
We're looking for an engineer who writes code, automates everything possible, embraces AI as part of their daily workflow and enjoys building platforms that enable software engineers to deliver outstanding products.

What You'll Be Doing
- Design, build and continuously improve our cloud platform
- Engineer highly available, secure and scalable infrastructure
- Build automation that eliminates manual operational work
- Develop Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
- Improve Kubernetes environments and container platforms
- Enhance CI/CD pipelines and developer productivity
- Implement observability, monitoring and platform reliability improvements
- Partner closely with Software Engineers to deliver platform capabilities
- Solve complex production issues and continually improve operational resilience
- Use AI to improve engineering productivity, automation and software delivery
- Participate in an on-call roster supporting our production platforms

Mandatory Requirements
To be considered, you'll be able to demonstrate most of the following:
- 10+ years' hands-on Platform Engineering, Software Engineering or Cloud Engineering experience
- Extensive Linux platform engineering experience
- Strong AWS experience within production SaaS environments
- Advanced Terraform and Infrastructure as Code experience
- Kubernetes and container orchestration expertise
- Strong scripting and development capability using Python, Go and/or Bash
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- Strong understanding of observability, monitoring and platform reliability
- Demonstrated experience automating complex engineering environments
- Experience supporting highly available production platforms
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience working autonomously within distributed engineering teams
- A genuine AI-first mindset, with demonstrated experience using AI to improve software engineering and automation
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work across engineering teams
